Some basic settings Photoshop

Work only with ENGLISH language photoshop (How to change language to English TUTORIAL).
Use the RGB Mode and 8 Bits color (Go to Image/Mode and check the RGB color and 8 Bits/Channel).
Set the Opacity brush and flow to 100% (Select “Brush Tool” and move Opacity and Flow slider to 100%).
Be sure the photo set Background from layer (Go to Layer/New/Background from layer).

3. In the brushes palette on the top right corner click on the icon. Next, click on LOAD BRUSHES.
4. Select brushes you wish to install and then click OPEN.
5. Your BRUSHES will now appear in the brushes palette and are ready to be used.

HOW TO INSTALL THE ACTION, BRUSH AND PATTERNS

Installing Brush

Open folder where your Photoshop was installed
(usually it installed on drive C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop),
and copy files to the corresponding folders.
Copy 'Celebration.abr' to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop (your version)\Presets\Brushes
Copy 'Celebration.pat' to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop (your version)\Presets\Patterns

Installing Action

1. Inside Photoshop, go to the 'Window' menu and select 'Actions'. A window
will now appear to the right hand side.

2. Inside the Actions window, click on the top right hand corner icon to reveal

What's New in Maya 2017 Update 4

Bifröst
You can now export any mesh as per-frame BIF files. For more information, see Cache meshes using BIF format.

BOSS
The behavior of BOSS caches has been improved. Now when you save a cache using tokens such as <project>, <scene>, or <object> in the Cache Folder and Cache Name attributes, a copy of the fully resolved path is also stored in the scene and used for playing the cache back. This means that the path to the cache is not lost if you save the scene under a new name or in a different project. If you later rewrite the cache files, the current values of the tokens are used and the resolved path is updated.

Color Management: New input space rule
By default, there is a new preset rule in the Color Management preferences. The tx rule assigns files with an extension of .tx to the Raw input color space. Like the other preset rules, it is not available if you have previously saved preferences for Maya 2017.

How to configure Photoshop to work with actions.

Make sure you are using the English version of Photoshop. Each action has been created and optimized to work only with the English version of Photoshop, so please make sure that you are using this version.
Use the RGB Mode and 8 Bits color. To check these settings, go to Image->Mode and check the “RGB color” and “8 Bits/Channel”.
Make sure that the option “Add ‘copy’ to Copied Layers and Groups” is turned on. This option applies only to CS5 and later versions of Photoshop. On the “LAYERS” panel, click on the menu icon, go to “Panel Options…”, and check that the “Add ‘copy’ to Copied Layers and Groups” is turned on.
Use a photo with 72dpi or higher. If you are using a photo with less than 72dpi, the action will not function correctly. To fix this, go to Image->Image Size and increase the resolution value.
