-Added Stop button to easily close VMPPmaya port on Maya. It also closes any instance of VMPPmaya running after closing port.
-Added a textbox to both Start and Stop button to allow user to chose port VMPPmaya should chose on Maya shelf.
-VMPPmaya automatically opens from the shelf button and automatically updates the port number on VMPPmaya with the one specified from Maya shelf.
-VMPPmaya shelf now working on Maya 2015. Should be working on Maya 2011 to 2016. (Tested only on Maya 2015 and 2016).

Bug Fixes:
-Fixed the D button getting stuck and resulting to VMPPmaya creating Dome Light each time a material is sent to Maya.
-Fixed all materials that are in "PARQUET->Symmetric Rows 25% Double" crashing.
-Fixed all materials that are in "PARQUET->Symmetric Rows 50% Double" crashing.

Changes:
-Added VMPPSTOP.ico to \help dirctory

NOTE: Before pressing shift and adding shelft to Maya, close Maya first. If the shelf stop working
or displaying, that is because you have moved the location of VMPPmaya folder. Press shift again to
re-add the shelf to Maya again.

IMPORTANT HOTKEYS for those who missed to read the MOD v1.0.0.0 README file.

A.Hold SHIFT key, the "TO HYPERSHADE" button will change to "INSTALL SHELF/ICON". Click on the new "INSTALL SHELF/ICON"
button. It should install the VMPPMaya Shelf/Icon to any Version of Maya installed. You should get a confirmation message when finished.
This should add VMPPMaya Shelf/Icon to the Maya Custom shelf and make easier to start the server just by one click.

B.Hold CONTROL key, the "TO HYPERSHADE" button will change to "REMOVE SHELF/ICON". Click on the new "REMOVE SHELF/ICON"
button. It should uninstall/remove all VMPPMaya Shelf/Icon from all Maya version installed. You should get a confirmation message when finished.
This should Remove VMPPMaya Shelf/Icon from the Maya Custom shelf and make it easier to uninstall the Shelft from all Maya version just by doing this.

C. Hold 'D' key, the "TO HYPERSHADE" button will change to "ADD HDR DOME LIGHT". Click on the new "ADD HDR DOME LIGHT" to add
a Dome Light to the scene. This will add Dome Light attached with HDR Image to the scene. (This was added to make test rendering faster).
The hdr is located at \img\hdr\austria.hdr.
You can grab any HDR image online, rename it to austria.hdr then put it at \img\hdr to change it's default hdr image but the included one should be fine.

In the fourth part of our Bullet Dynamics series we create a shot where the bullet enters the shirt cloth and the bleeding starts. For this we set up a multi-stage simulation, first with the bullet hitting, followed by the cloth tearing and folding. Here you'll learn to time multiple simulations within the same shot and create your own cloth simulations in LightWave. This is a five part series where we take a project-based approach, by creating a sequence of four shots based on storyboards. We look at features of the Bullet dynamics system with rigid body dynamics, parts body dynamics and cloth, and how to control these types to get the desired effects, as well as rendering options with multiple passes for the final compositing. Scene files are provided, so the parts can be watched independently of each other.
