DESCRIPTION
In this Workshop, Guilherme Rambelli shows, step-by-step, his workflow to process and set-up an environment captured using Photogrammetry for VR in Unity Engine. First Guilherme shows how to pre-process images using DNG Converter and create a color profile using ColorChecker Passport. Once that is done, the images are taken to Adobe Lightroom for treatment and rendered out for Photogrammetry. Using Reality Capture, the images are processed to generate a high-resolution asset that will work as a source to create the low poly version of the environment used in Unity 3D Engine. After that, a cleanup pass of the data and retopology is handled within ZBrush and Maya, with the textures then baked in Xnormal. Finally, a project in Unity is set up, where the virtual reality viewer will be able to navigate and explore the photogrammetry environment captured and processed throughout this tutorial. The entire execution focuses on a high-quality scene that is developed within a realistic production schedule.

Where is this from :
. This collection is gathered from around the web and torrents between 2104-2016

Why not compressed
. You can shave of 4% at max compression with 5% recovery, even adds to size and takes ages
. I have them on my SAN storage which has 1 GB ram, it is impossible for me to compress
. I did gradually uploaded to my seedbox via FTP and my seedbox has 1 GB RAM also and my disk IO is at max ( barely alive )
. Most Important : You can use while you seed !

How many parts and is there more
. Currently 7 parts ( 500+ GB ) , the main reason for splitting into parts is too many files
. I have collected another 200+GB since 2017 which is so messed up i will upload as soon as it's organized and clean

Is there any vectors
. I will upload vectors separately ( this packages contains 20 eps which i didn't bother deleting after creating torrent files )

Is there low quality images inside
. I have deleted almost 100 GB of low images , small amount remained ( might be useful to some )
. If some are small that's highest resolution ShutterStock has to offer or available
. In Part 1 to 6 in each category sort with Date Modified, older ones have tendency to be low quality ( but mostly they are higher than google images )
. In Part 7 i left them as i find them cause they had good names or i was tired of moving and renaming
. Don't delete small files ( under 1MB ) sometimes they are objects and file size is small but resolution and quality is high

Does this contain other ShutterStock collections from CGPEERS
. There is a good chance but don't know yet I will check and let you know
. If you already have other ShutterStock collections, check that collection against this with dupeGuru software ( or any duplicate finder )

In this demonstration, legendary designer Syd Mead shares his techniques to create a finished illustration of a futuristic Airship. Image making requires the next step from mastering drawing skill and technique. To produce a sense of ‘being there’ combines drawing and technique skills with a visceral illusion called ‘presence.’ Without these elements coming successfully together, the finished image will look stilted, contrived and unbelievable. Painting with guache, a classic opaque watercolor pigment that dries with a matte finish, Syd discusses the medium, brushes and guides, while sharing his thoughts on the creation of a successful design illustration that is imbued with presence. As the process unfolds, Syd emphasizes how he effectively creates the illusion of reality through the almost abstract representation of various natural and mechanical detail. With clear vision, inspired by imagination and knowledge of the familiar, a plausible future reality comes together at the hands of a master draftsman, designer and artist.
