SUBFOLDER MANAGEMENT

Subfolders make it easy to organize your image library. Subfolders are folders nested inside other folders in your catalog, and they link directly to real folders on your hard drive.

Subfolder creation. You can now create a new subfolder by right-clicking on an existing folder in your Library.

Subfolder deletion. It’s now possible to delete a subfolder as well by right-clicking on it in your Library.

LOCATE A FOLDER

Have you moved or copied photos to a new location? If so, the folders you’ve moved or copied will be marked as offline in your Luminar Library. You can now right-click an offline folder and choose Locate Folder to find it at its new location and reconnect the files.

IMPROVEMENTS WHEN ADDING FOLDERS

Change your mind when adding a folder? Just click Cancel to stop the current task.

SketchUp dynamic components are reusable design elements with special attributes: parametric functions, interactivity, animation, and more. Creating your own dynamic components allows you to build a library of custom designs and easily share them with others. This training course shows how to use SketchUp Pro to build dynamic components from scratch. Instructor Scott Onstott starts by reviewing the premade dynamic components found in the Components panel and 3D Warehouse. Then he explores the build process: adding attributes, creating formulas, nesting component parts, and assigning materials. He even shows how to add a dialog box to change attribute values from a user-friendly interface. The last half of the course contains a collection of mini-projects: from fences that automatically add pickets as you scale to cabinets with animated drawers. Each project can be recreated in the Windows or Mac versions of SketchUp Pro. Finally, Scott closes with some tips for scaling materials along with your dynamic components.

This course is all about learning how to replicate Photographic Reality. This new introductory course which is offered to the public for the first time ever, will teach you how to take a project from concept to completion, while covering a whirlwind of topics that are essential to creating convincing composites.

You will learn how to setup a shot in nuke, undistort the plate, 3D camera track the scene, set up a 3D Composite with projections, colour correct sign elements, redistort elements, roto-mask a foreground actor, deal with motion blur, add camera artifacts, paintout details, add camera noise and output your work for feedback or Dailies.

Successful completion requires creativity, discipline and a solid grasp of the topics covered in the course.
