I was searching for this about 8h yesterday and finally found a public Github repository that has a recent version, I copied the folders into a new project and created a .unitypackage from it. It should work - It does for me. In case it doesn't I have included the unpacked folders as I have found them on Github.

Do yourself a favor and stop messing with Unity's built-in VideoPlayer and switch to AvPro: It just works!
